Mulberry Cottage Itchenor

The owners wished to extend and improve this traditional Sussex cottage to gain additional family living space while at the same time streamlining the existing internal layout.

        A two storey garage was replaced with a sympathetic extension accommodating master bedroom, guest bedroom, bathroom and shower room.  An additional single storey extension provides a large family room with high ceiling, all opening onto a flagstone terrace nestled within the cottage gardens.

        Materials included a mixture of painted rendered walls and painted brickwork. Sash and casement windows were of painted timber.
